Lexacom produces the most advanced digital dictation systems on the planet. From humble beginnings, it revolutionised digital dictation within the medical sector before bringing its expertise to legal and other professional services. 

That proved to be just the start of its ambition, though. After seeing the rapid take-up within these industries, the vision was then to go mainstream and be regarded as first among equals by their global competitors.

 

Stepping onto the world stage

To reflect Lexacom’s new ambition, we worked alongside our friends at Whistle to refine and extend Lexacom’s brand; focusing on elevating its branding and communication style away from its homegrown origins to one that was confident, strong and completely at home on the international stage.

We discarded the highly-scientific, detail-heavy prose used to promote Lexacom’s systems (often accompanied by local photos of actual users) and replaced it with more powerful, vibrant, aspirational imagery with less copy — in essence, a makeover that reflected their true standing.
The new branding was then rolled out to the website and supporting printed materials.

 

From text to success

Using its new brand system as its foundation, Lexacom has gone on to achieve greater recognition and standing, including being listed in the latest NHS Shared Business Systems Digital Dictation, Speech Recognition and Outsourced Transcription Framework.
It has also launched Lexacom Cabolo: a unique and portable standalone unit that incorporates the latest AI speech technology capable of transcribing any conversation.
